Softwash Experts Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, and gutter cleaning in Alabama.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and our assessment of the property. While we strive to provide accurate quotes, the final price may adjust if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions arise upon arrival. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with the work.

3. Property Preparation

Prior to our arrival, customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all windows and doors are tightly closed.
• Removing fragile items, outdoor furniture, or sensitive materials from the immediate work area.
• Securing pets indoors.
• Providing access to an outdoor water source, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Damages and Liability

We use industry-standard soft washing and pressure washing techniques to ensure the safety of your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose siding, chipped paint, failing mortar, or water intrusion due to poor seals around windows and doors. We will document any pre-existing damage prior to starting work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen equipment issues to ensure the highest quality of work.
